CMC Putting It All Together CPT

In this lesson plan I put together everything we have learned up to this point to include; New vs. Established patient, 4 levels of Histories and Examinations, 3 level of Decision Making and the role that Time plays in the final decision of the CPT E&M code.  I also introduce to you a tool that will help bring all of this together.
